Terms of sale are an integral part of the purchase contract between Greyp Bikes d.o.o. and the customer.


Greyp Bikes d.o.o. (tax number: HR03627403593), a limited liability company with a share capital of 27.800,00 Croatian kunas, registered with the Companies Register of Zagreb under number (MBS) 080680892, with its registered office at Ljubljanska 7, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, represented by its CEO, Mate Rimac and COO Krešimir Hlede.

By using greyp.com, we assume you have read, understood, and accepted the rights and obligations coming from these Terms of Sale. By using greyp.com for your purchases, you are obliged to follow these Terms of Sale in their entirety.



A customer is a natural person or a legal entity which ordered a product from Greyp Bikes d.o.o.  


Greyp Bikes d.o.o., acting as the data controller, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  

Greyp Bikes d.o.o. commits to protect customers’ personal information. We collect only basic information about customers which are necessary for fulfilling our obligations as a seller; Greyp Bikes d.o.o. also informs customers about the use of their personal information, gives customers an opportunity to choose whether they want their personal information to be used or not, including whether they wish their name to appear in or to be removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns. All customers' personal information is highly protected, and it is visible only to employees who need such information to perform their job responsibilities. All employees of Greyp Bikes d.o.o. and its business partners are obligated to respect the Privacy policy.  






We accept credit card and debit card payments via Visa and MasterCard. The amount is initially reserved upon purchase, and your card is only debited once your order has been confirmed. Enter your card details and complete your order. Please ensure your credit card limit, as well as your daily and monthly transaction limit, are sufficient, otherwise, your order will not be successful. Some banks require you to contact them prior to making the transaction for them to pre-authorize the amount. You will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail.


Notes about your order:

  • All credit card payments are required to complete a 3D Secure protocol.
  • Orders containing backorder or preorder items will ship when all items are back in stock.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
  • A physical invoice will be attached to the item and delivered within the box.
  • By placing an order you agree with our terms and conditions.


All payments will be made in Croatian legal currency, Euros, or US dollars. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.  



Pay for your order in simple monthly installments with your existing credit card. We use Splitit as a payment partner with multiple benefits for you:

How to order:

  • At checkout, select the ‘MONTHLY PAYMENTS’ payment method.
  • Complete your order
  • You will be redirected to Splitit to set up your payment plan.

How payment works:

  • The first monthly payment is charged on your credit card when your order is shipped.
  • Splitit will authorize the full amount on your existing credit card (Visa/Mastercard), but only charge you the first installment upfront.
  • Please note debit cards are not valid for the Splitit payment option.
  • Please ensure that your credit limit is sufficient, otherwise, your order will not be successful.
  • After every payment, the hold on your card is reduced until the purchase is fully paid. In case the re-authorization for the remaining balance doesn't go through, and there is no solution within the grace period of 7 days, the credit card will be automatically used to recover the full purchase amount. Splitit will inform you about any issues with the payment plan in a timely manner.
  • Please also check your spam folder regularly.
  • The installments appear on your statement as individual payments. Your order will be processed and delivered as normal upon passing our control check, while the invoice will be attached to the product delivered

In the event of a canceled order or a refund, for whichever reason, the refund will be issued in FIAT currency (EUR) based on the historical conversion rate from the date of purchase.

We accept payments via PayPal. Upon purchase, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to enter your details. The amount is initially reserved upon purchase, and your account will only be debited once your order is confirmed. Please ensure that both your PayPal account limit and the credit limit of your PayPal payment method are sufficient, otherwise, your order will not be successful.



Our payment provider implements the latest standards in the protection of personal information - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol enables the secure exchange of personal information between the gateway system and credit card authorization centers through a private network that is protected against unauthorized access by a dual firewall.



The cardholder shall remain responsible for notifying their issuing bank of any changes in details or fraudulent/not normal activities on their account. Greyp Bikes d.o.o. takes no responsibility regarding any fraudulent activity on any customer cards/accounts used on this website. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI DSS compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws.



We deliver our bikes worldwide. Prices, as well as delivery charges, are liable to changes. The prices listed on the website do not include the price of delivery unless otherwise stated. 



Greyp Bikes d.o.o. assumes no liability for orders made by the customer and/or from a country to which delivery of the product(s) cannot legally be made. All expenses related to obtaining potential export/import licenses for Greyp Bikes d.o.o. or any other expenses that are necessary for the valid delivery of the product(s) to the customer shall be communicated to the customer. Greyp Bikes d.o.o. shall be authorized to charge the customer all such expenses in advance of the delivery and shall have no obligation to ship the product(s) to the customer before the customer advances to Greyp Bikes d.o.o. all such expenses.


EU delivery times and rules apply to all member states of the European Union and to both Norway and Switzerland.

To check the price of delivery to your address, type in your address when in the shopping cart to display the available shipping options and potential charges for your destination.  

The estimated delivery time to the countries of the EU, Norway and Switzerland is 20 working days from the date of payment. In case of a custom-designed e-bike, delivery will be made 30 working days from the date of payment and/or date of approval of the design by the customer.  

Delivery will be made by using a logistics company, and the delivery is under their jurisdiction. The ordered goods will be packaged so that they cannot be damaged by usual transportation handling. The customer needs to check the package upon arrival and examine it for damages. If you see damages on the package or goods, you can decline to accept the delivery.

Delivered products have been insured for delivery losses. If a customer does not receive a notification within 30 days of ordering, please get in touch with Greyp Bikes so we could organize a substitute delivery or see what the problem was. If a customer does not pick up his / her order from the courier service, within 5 days, the shipment will be returned to Greyp Bikes, and any subsequent delivery fees will be charged to the customer.  




Bikes are delivered to your nearest airport if you are from a country outside of the European Union. For example, when a customer from Lima, Peru orders a bike - it is delivered to Jorge Chávez International Airport. Greyp Bikes d.o.o. handles export procedures, but the customer is expected to handle import procedures and relevant taxes and costs once the bike arrives at the airport. Shipping costs to non-EU countries are 800,00 € (VAT included).

The estimated delivery time to the countries outside of the European Union is 25 working days from the date of payment of purchase price and other expenses incidental to such delivery.


The customer has the right to substitute the product in the following cases:

  • if the customer did not order the goods which are delivered,
  • if the product which was delivered has a manufacturing defect,
  • if the product which was delivered has defects which are not due to the transport of goods.


The customer does not have the right to substitute the product in the following cases:

  • if the product defects are the results of unprofessional handling by the customer,
  • if the product defects are caused by the transport.


The customer has an obligation to inspect the product for defects at the time he or she receives the product and immediately inform Greyp Bikes d.o.o. about possible defects.


In case Greyp Bikes concludes that the product defects are not caused by the customer (or the transport), Greyp Bikes d.o.o. shall remove the defects, or repair the product, or substitute the product at its own expense if the defects occur during the warranty period. In that case, the customer returns the product(s) to Greyp Bikes d.o.o. at his or her own expense, whereas Greyp Bikes d.o.o. delivers the repaired product to the customer free of charge.


Upon conclusion of the agreement, the customer is sent an e-mail with order confirmation together with terms of use of services (confirmation of the prior notice) and it is assumed that, from the receipt of the written notice onwards, the customer is fully aware of the provisions of these terms of use and that he or she fully accepts them.

The customer who concludes the agreement has the right to rescind the agreement within 14 days (fourteen days) from the delivery of the product, provided he or she possesses the invoice.


The customer has no right to terminate the concluded agreement for the following: sale of products custom made according to the customer’s specifications and/or made exclusively for the customer.

In case of a rescission of the agreement, the customer shall return the product at his or her own expense, making sure that the product is returned undamaged, unused, in the original amount, and in the original undamaged package. Otherwise, the customer loses the right to rescind the agreement.  Before the end of the period provided for the one-sided rescission of the agreement, the customer must inform the Seller in writing of his or her decision to rescind the agreement.  


Rescission of the agreement must be done in written form, it must include the invoice number and name of the purchased product and be sent by e-mail to info@greyp.com or by post to: Greyp Bikes d.o.o., Ljubljanska 7, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, Croatia. The date of the rescission of the agreement shall be the date when Greyp Bikes d.o.o. receives the customer’s written notice of rescission.
